These terms apply to all students and parents enrolling in classes at Nair Coaching, Ulwe. By joining a class or attending a demo, you agree to the following.
Admission to any class is subject to availability and a brief assessment or demo session at Divya Nair's discretion. Enrolment is confirmed only after fees have been paid for the applicable period.
Students are expected to be respectful of the teacher and other students. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund. Nair Coaching reserves the right to decline enrolment or continuation for any student whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Any worksheets, practice materials, or notes provided during class are for the personal use of the enrolled student only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
One free demo class is offered to new students. This is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee a seat. Seats are allocated based on batch availability at the time of enrolment.
Nair Coaching may communicate with parents and students via phone or WhatsApp for class-related updates. Students and parents are requested not to call outside the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM.
Nair Coaching is a private coaching centre and does not guarantee specific exam results or grade improvements. Progress depends on individual effort, attendance, and practice outside of class.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated directly to enrolled students.
